We are a thriving accountancy and consulting firm based in Calne but with offices throughout Wiltshire and Gloucestershire; we’re seeking an assistant to one of the directors primarily involved with consulting support for our clients and sales development. The personal assistant/sales administrator would ideally have professional services experience, but what is more essential is a calm, competent under pressure attitude, excellent spoken and written communication skills and the ability to grasp details, retain and succinctly record salient facts.
The role will be a roving one in that the administrator would often accompany the director at meetings, so working hours may be varied (some early starts, some late finishes). When not accompanying the director, you will be working from the Calne office. A full, clean driving license is essential.
This role would suit candidates living in the East Wiltshire area.
Salary range is up to £18,000 (for the truly exceptional candidate, this might be flexible).
